Drew Hester proudly owns and operates Willow Event Center, nestled in Cincinnati’s Westside on Colerain Avenue. Formerly known as Wonderland, this charming venue underwent a complete renovation in early 2019, emerging with a fresh and contemporary ambiance. Boasting ample space and a convenient parking lot, Willow is the ideal destination for your upcoming event.
Inside, guests will revel in the spaciousness and modern charm while accommodating up to 300 for corporate and social events, and 250 for weddings. The outdoor deck, complete with a picturesque gazebo, provides the perfect setting for ceremonies for up to 135 guests or delightful cocktail hours beneath the evening sky. Surrounded by scenic grounds featuring a serene double pond and majestic trees, Willow offers enchanting photo opportunities.

Everything you need for a seamless event
Included in your venue rental are all essential amenities to ensure a seamless event experience. This encompasses planning services, full use of the venue, tables, chairs, a basic linen package, and a choice of centerpieces. Additionally, for weddings, we include folding chairs for the ceremony and private dressing rooms for the couple.
At Willow, we go the extra mile to cater to your beverage needs. We handle all alcohol and beverage arrangements, providing professional bartenders to serve you and your guests throughout the event. Our services extend to coordinating any additional rental needs you may have, from unique guest tables and chairs to specialty linens, ensuring every aspect of your event is tailored to perfection.

Drew brings over 25 years of expertise in fine dining and event planning services to Willow Event Center. Drew’s rich background includes serving as a maitre d’ under Jean Robert de Cavel and as the Catering Manager for Kroger’s Chef’s Choice Catering.
